– Any violation of house rules may result in an additional fee or termination of stay.
- Within 48 hours of booking: Full refund (100% of the amount paid).
- One week before check-in at 3:00 PM: Partial refund (50% of each night’s rate), excluding the service fee. No refund of the service fee.
- On the exact check-in date: No refund, including the service fee.
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at our properties to maintain cleanliness.
