The Apple Capital Loop Trail is a 10-mile, paved loop on both sides of the Columbia River along both the Wenatchee and East Wenatchee sides. In addition, the North end of the Loop Trail, continues to Rocky Reach Dam.
The house is within walking distance from the Apple Capital Loop Trail and access to the Columbia River from the East Wenatchee side of the river.
While there are many parks that access the Apple Capital Loop Trail from the house you can get to the Trail Head on 32nd Place, by walking down Empire Avenue till turn right on 32nd St NW and then turn right on NW Fir Ave and then left on 32nd Pl NW
